As a practice committed to helping patients live pain-free, we are always accepting resumes from therapy staff who pride themselves on accepting new challenges and who have a strong desire to help others. We only accept staff into our practice who have the drive, passion, and enthusiasm for helping the patients we serve.

Benefits & Incentives
- 1- IHPT is a relatively new concept in the healthcare industry. Like all homehealth agencies, we treat patients in their homes for their convenience and comfort. Unlike other agencies we are not limited in our treatments and advance care because we are an Out-patient inhome rehab clinic.
- 2- Company support with over 150 years of experience combined to satisfy any questions you may have as a physical therapist. We have great supervision available if needed.
- 3- All our physical therapists are Independent Contractors-this gives them the freedom to act for themselves, including all the write-off perks such as mileage, home office expense, utilities, phone expenses, and no micro-management.
- 4- Company will provide patients to treat supporting your business objectives. No marketing required.
- 5- Flexible schedule- therapist schedules patients at own discretion. 3-6 patient visits per day is acceptable.
- 6- Business meeting once a week 10-15 min. long.
- 7- Standard rate $65.00 per treatment. Provides opportunities to reach beyond standard rate up to $80.00 per visit with our benefits and incentive programs.
- 8- Our therapists enjoy the support and professionalism that IHPT provides. We like the Team Player approach to sharing ideas and supporting each other. Our Mission is for all therapists to be satisfied and fulfilled as Healthcare Clinicians.
- 9- IHPT is a local physical therapy owned practice, and not a business management office owned.!
